Don't think the free FTP versions ever had support. Red Hat discontinued a whole product line and dropped its support. I don't see many SuSE enterprise customers on this list (I mean having purchased the enterprise edition), they are out numbered by the Pro/Personal editions. Wouldn't worry too much about SuSE doing a RedHat, RedHat has always made the weirder moves! Plus RedHat leaving that space has left that market open imho. Matt

Not completely true: you could get (payed) Advanced Support: http://www.suse.de/en/private/support/inst_support/advanced.html But I guess he meant the "free" installation support that comes as part of the Personal/Professional version (our consumer product): http://www.suse.de/en/private/support/inst_support/ You can expect this support to continue as it is. Just as much as you can expect us to continue with the consumer version of the SUSE LINUX distribution. Greetings from Bremen hartmut
