How-to make the same with openSUSE ?
- maybe, when you contact the KDE Development Art folks you will find them most helpful . . . someone will explain how it can be done :) friendly greetings -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

The gradient effect is simply by adding a background image.

Well, it was "quick launch" ! but thanks anyways ! but I see this is very limited, because I can't add "show desktop" in there... on Windows XP this small menu can include any button/shortcut... And how-to make the same for services? -- -Alexey Eremenko "Technologov" -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Right, I'm not at home right now so am only going from memory.

You can add any button shortcut to it, like dcop kicker kicker toggleShowDesktop to toggle showing desktop for example

The only option that is configurable here is to make icons shown or hidden. =========================== I want to document those KDE features in LfL. How would you look at this effort ? (positive/negative - I will give you credit of course) -- -Alexey Eremenko "Technologov" -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Sounds like you want system tray 2 http://www.kde-look.org/content/download.php?content=17732&id=1 I don't think there are any suse packages _ Benjamin Weber -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
Good news: I have just contributed a KDE customization article to LfL. I will be included with openSUSE 10.3. -- -Alexey Eremenko "Technologov" -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
This is not a bug, are you nuts? Just because you want other defaults,
doesnt mean anybody wants those defaults. Stay away from bugzilla if
you dont know how to use it.
Saying "I want" is not a good reason to make any changes in bugzilla.
