Listmates, Just a quick note. My problems with compiz in kde3 are fixed (after the kde 4.3.95 upgrade/downgrade). The problem was a missing entry for: [General] Enabled=true Adding the entry turning on the desktop icons fixed the problems. I should have caught this earlier.
