I see two pages in LO, but only the first one prints. -- Cheers, Carlos E. R. (from 13.1 x86_64 "Bottle" (Elessar)) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
Hi, in "Files"->"Printer settings..."->Options you should check left and right pages to print :-; Best regards, Johannes Am 01.10.2014 um 13:42 schrieb jdd:

OpenOffice and LibreOffice both fail in the same way on windows as well. So, not an OpenSuse problem. -- _____________________________________ ---This space for rent--- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

I know how to define print areas in spreadsheets, but not on docs. Because that's what it looks like :-? I have the feeling that the doc was originally an html text, perhaps pasted from a web page. -- Cheers, Carlos E. R. not mine, written from scratch. But made of frames (to keep the page setup) jdd -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Found it, at least for Windows... Not at my linux machine. Attached a screen capture to show the setting, but the list may trim it off, (hence I'm sending direct as well as to the list) so for a description, When you first select Print the first pop-up shows a page with several tabs, Press the one that says Page Layout, and make sure page sides is set to ALL pages. -- _____________________________________ ---This space for rent---

Just tested on Linux, and it works there too. The document came to me with the setting for only front/left pages to be printed and print dialog shows only 1 page to print, but setting the Paage-layout tab to ALL pages instantly shows two pages to print. So oddly, the bug is in the PDF print functionality. -- _____________________________________ ---This space for rent--- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

the image passed the list and I could find it also on linux, fixed. only the default layout was faulty thanks jdd -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Ok, good to know the occasional image makes it through the list. LO will remember settings for printers within the document itself. (at least the settings in that particular pop-up.) So when your document arrived here, that setting was the setting it was last saved with. But the setting I found in your document is not the default setting, the default is ALL pages. This can really bite you in the butt if you clone a document from some previous document, because these settings carry forward and make for crazy hard debugging of problems due to these little time bombs laying around. -- _____________________________________ ---This space for rent--- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
