Am I dreaming or did YaST just tell me that the SuSE kernel-source package is over 175 MBs.
I wonder how long will this baby take to compile.

The compressed kernel sources should be somewhere around 30 megs depending on whether you get a tgz or bz2 tarball. Yast is probably talking about uncompressed size. My /usr/src/linux is about 170 megs. -- use Perl; #powerful programmable prestidigitation
