WDE does not work with a Swedish laptop during setup and install. After installing you have to use an english character layout on a swedish character layout. It needs to be fixed. OpenSUSE needs to use the character layout of the keyboard being used for encryption purposes like debian and fedora. Or you need an english laptop.
