Just reinstalled Suse 10.1 because Xen 3.0.3 compile screwed up my machine, now, suse updater or Yast online update come up with error: Transaction failed: Need media 1: File ./rpm/x86_64/binutils-2.16.91.0.5-23.5.x86_64.rpm not found on media: http://ftp.kddilabs.jp/Linux/packages/SuSE/suse/update/10.1 I checked the website and sure enough, there are no rpms for X86_64. Running the online update setup again, still comes up with the same error. Where is the file I can edit to change the mirror and what mirror schould I use (I am in Taiwan)? Art

If Yast will start, you can change the mirror there. Start YOU (Yast/Software/Online update), click "new server" and enter the information. The directory tree on that server is a mess. Try this (same server, different location): ftp.kddilabs.jp/pub/Linux/packages/SuSE/suse/x86_64/update/10.1/
