[opensuse] how to use Mesa-libIndirectGL1?
In trying to diagnose graphics card issues, I've noticed that I have Mesa-libGL1 installed, but there is also a Mesa-libIndirectGL1 package available in the OSS repo, the description for which is: "This library provides a pure software rasterizer; it does not provide a direct rendering capable library, or one which uses GLX. For that, please see Mesa-libGL1." I'd like to try this alternative but don't know how. Selecting it for install doesn't automatically deselect the libGL1 package, so there would presumably be some at least configuration option somewhere, or worse some compilation required. Searching this package on the web seems to bring primarily openSUSE-related results, so maybe it's a SUSE-specific thing. Anybody know what to do with it? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
