Hello guys, I am using suse linux 9.1 i have been instaled the HP-laser printer in the cups with yast and the local tests are ok. I want to share it for the windows nertworkt. I have losted alot of time to reading e trying to do it and now i am really losted becouse everybody say that is very simple but i dont know how to do. look at my syslog. I'm not sure if this will help but it sounds similar to my problem. I have a Samsung ML-4500 that will not work with CUPS unless the "Raw filter" line in /etc/cups/mime.convs and "Raw print file support" line in /etc/cups/mime.types is uncommented. After those lines are uncommented and the CUPS server restarted, the printer works. Christopher Reimer
