[opensuse] Ever use the Compiz "Expo" plugin? -- You just might get hooked.
Listmates, Of all the "manage your apps on multiple desktop" schemes out there, the compiz developers got it right with the "Expo" plugin. All desktops are active and you can move apps between desktops in the expo view. The current desktop is highlighted with a configurable level of brightness. Forget the 4-square, here are your desktops 1-2-3-4: http://www.3111skyline.com/download/openSUSE_bugs/kde4/screenshots/compiz- FireFox-on-dt3.jpg -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E. OK, I can live with that. Actually, I think that is really cool! Seems like the tide is starting to turn. Hmm, I'll see you, and raise you a kde4, a compiz, your kde4 and a kde3 running inside as well. I'll also throw in a additional bit of zoom on the sphere for good measure: http://www.3111skyline.com/download/screenshots/kde4/compiz-cyl.jpeg http://www.3111skyline.com/download/screenshots/kde4/compiz-sph.jpeg -- David C.
