[S.u.S.E. Linux] DOSEMU/CDROM
Hi all; I've been working on getting Dosemu working. For the most part it does fine. But now I'm trying to get to my cd. It should be "E:", but when I run dos from Linux root I get this error message: CD-ROM device driver MTMCDAE Version 01.16 # Installed CD-ROM Drive : 1 # Stock Buffer Memory (Sector) : 20 # Installed DMA channel : CH5 # Installed IRQ channel : CH10 CD-ROM is not detected, driver not loaded. ------------------------------ After this dosemu runs fine but does not let me get to E:. I have this line in my dosemu Autoexec.bat: "d:\c_dos\dos\mscdex.exe /d:mscd001 /m:10" And this line is in my dosemu config.sys: "Device=d:\c_dos\dev\mtmcdae.sys /d:mscd001 /P:300 /A:0 /M:20 /T:5 /I:10" I can read my cd when I mount it under Linux and then go to it as d:/cdrom. Any ideas? THANKS JIM ----------------------------------------- Jim Hatridge Germany hatridge@straubing.baynet.de M$ -- Ghostdriver* on the road to the future!
