Yes, but firstly put back the Windows boot loader in MBR, like I have described earlier, or you'll still not be able to boot Windows. Choose "Repair" when the Windows CD prompts you.

Choose "Repair" when the Windows CD prompts you.
When you're done with reconfiguring disks, add these to the Windows section in /boot/grub/menu.lst map (hd0) (hd1) map (hd1) (hd0) This swaps the disks for Windows because it doesn't know to boot except from the first disk. This makes it appear to Windows as if it were on the first disk. Without it, Windows will not boot.
