Found a solution on google: boot with parameter pci=noacpi This allowed me to mount the usbkey, but it was read-only I reformatted the usb key and added /dev/sdb1 /mnt/usbkey vfat user,noauto,owner,umask=0 0 0 so mount usbkey mounts it all right. How can I have it automounted by submount? Should I replace user by fs=vfatfss? FX
Did you activate usb legacy devices in your bios? That solved my usb keyboard problems in SuSE 9.2. -----Original Message----- From: FX Fraipont [mailto:fxf@skynet.be] Sent: Saturday, December 25, 2004 7:51 AM To: SuSE Subject: [SLE] Can't get usb key to work on 9.2 I have usb key and can't get it to work with SuSE 9.2.
