As the subject says my Samba shares are invisible to either windows or Linux network, I can connect to the SuSE machines by typing smb://<ipaddress> in a konqueror window. I've set SAMBA up with WebMin exactly the same way as on my mandrake machines but SuSE machines are not seen in either LinNeighborhood nor Komba2. Any ideas?? Your nmbd is not running. Start it with run-level-editor@yast or "rcnmb start" and if for ever "insserv /etc/init.d/nmb". -- Andreas
