How to reach Bugzilla-admin? Not getting bug updates, e-mail cannot be changed?
openSUSE/SUSE members, How can I reach the bugzilla-admins? I have tried since July to have the drankinatty@suddenlinkmail.com e-mail changed to drankinatty@gmail.com since the suddenlinkmail.com address does not exist anymore. I have sent 3 e-mails to bugzilla-admins@suse.com explaining the circumstance in detail and have not had a single response. The requests were on: July 19, 2024 August 27, 2024 October 6, 2024 I filed another bug last night against openssl, https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1231817, and we are stuck in the same boat again. I can't get updates or Need Info requests from bugzilla. The UCS system does not have the ability to change a dead e-mail as it attempts to send the confirmation to the dead e-mail and fails. Is there any other way to contact the bugzilla admins? This just seems like something that should not take months to get fixed? -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.
