I'm getting a error after updating Apache and Httpd from Suse's site.
httpd.conf syntax error failed resources runlevel 3 Apache
There were about a half dozen messages posted here about the problem. Did anyone discovered what the fix is to this problem? Can someone email a stock httpd.conf file so I can see the difference from the one I have.
Could you please post the output of the following command: httpd -t -f /etc/httpd/httpd.conf This will give us a clue, what is going wrong. Thanks! We had some cases where Apache was not able to find out the servername, so we had to edit httpd.conf and set the variable "ServerName" to the correct value. Maybe this is the cause for your problem, too?
