[opensuse] flash animations..
Dear List, Does anyone know a program that is able to "plug" into a web-page and show streaming flash video from that web-page on its own? I mean.. like watching streaming video with, say, kaffeine but now the stream being a flash animation box in a web-page. Install MPlayer and mplayerplug-in from Packman.
I ment a program that is not a web-browser (you are suggesting a plug-in in order to view flash animations in a web-page I presume?). I am dreaming of a program (or a plug-in, say for a kaffeine) where I could have a list of tv-channels, just click a channel and then get full-screen streaming video (without no browser-hassling in-between) .. the streaming video coming from a flash-animation on a certain web-page. In another words: I would like to have a kaffeine playlist interface (like when watching DVB) to all flash streams you can find, for example, in www.rtve.es Sorry.. I am day-dreaming out loud and will stop now. The mentioned app does not probably exist. Regards, Sampsa

I think it is a good idea. You would just need flash support and Atom support => Firefox. Why would this be a hassle with Firefox? No mplayer is a stand alone program and can play Flash videos. If you want a stand alone program that can do animation too, then use gnash. Charles
