Hi fellow susers, I wonder if there is anyone out there who uses their own firewall script (i.e not SuSEfirewall2) on SuSE 8.0 and would be interested in sharing a little info and perhaps ledning a helping hand. I have a function firewall script but need som help with tweaks. Regards Thomas
Might not be the answer you want, but I have been using Guard Dog by Simon Edwards. Check out his website at http://www.simonzone.com/software/guarddog/. Cheers, Aaron. On Tuesday 30 July 2002 13:55, Thomas Nyman wrote:

Thomas Hi Thomas; I use a firewall script (not my own) called shorewall. It is available as an rpm for SuSE and can be download from www.shorewall.net. It comes with excellent documentation and support.
Regards Steven.
