I want an app that will let me set a task (New Program) then allow my to write out the description of what I want it to do then branch that out into the different functions that I need to write. It would be great if this was not programming specific and would work with any project. I have scored the net but terms like project management or program management turn up tons of stuff on all the different Linux projects.
