Linux Keyboard from Cherry
Just thought I'd share. I did a search in the archives and didn't stumble on anyone else mentioning this yet.... Cherry Keyboards (German company) is making a Linux keyboard. I picked one up a couple weeks ago, and am very impressed. The keyboard has all sorts of handy Linux specific keys, and comes with a driver disk specifically tuned to SuSE 9.x. You can get rid of that annoying Windows keyboard now :-) If you guys haven't heard about this keyboard yet, it's worth doing a little investigating. It's available in the EU (they have distributors in various EU countries). http://www.cherry.de/deutsch/enjoy-line/enjoy_master-linux.htm (German language link) C.

They *do* make wireless keyboards... so it's not a stretch to think they will offer the linux keyboard in a wireless version. (I didn't see one)

I had heard about it a while ago. However, as I understand it, it's not yet available in North America. Is it even available in a a U.S. English layout?

The one Linux keyboard I have is a "normal" English keyboard layout... exactly the layout you're all used to for English keyboards. You can also get it in a German keyboard layout style... which I notice has the weird Enter key that someone else commented on (the picture on the back of the box is of the German key layout). On the English key layout, it has a regular 2-button wide Enter key and a backslash/pipe key above it. C.
