Hi I just started an install of 7.3 Pro on a new machine. It is a Compaq 5423US, pentium, 1.6GHz, 512M ram and 80G hard drive, using a usb keyboard and ps/2 mouse with a wheel. I used Partition Magic to reduce the Win XP partition to 15 GB and set the remainder as unallocated. Started the install from the DVD and all was woking well, including the mouse. When the install completed, I had no mouse cursor, but I did have mouse movement.. No matter which selection I made in YAST1 in the mouse area (GPM setup) was I able to get a mouse cursor on the screen.
