There is no rule to make "clearmake"..like it says :) If you want to build a kernel.. after the make dep do make clean make bzImage and.. then make your modules and install them (all explained in Suse manual :) Cliff

yes. as it should. Try "make clean" instead of clearmake. there is another option "make distclean" that does a bit more cleanup, including deleting .config.
