When I booted my box this morning KDE failed and I received the following message: KCMInit (kcminit) crashed and caused a signal 6 (SIGABRT). Odd? No recent changes to my system albeit a powerfail yesterday. This only affected my account and I was able to sort things out by renaming .kde2 and letting KDE recreate the folder. Any ideas what file may have been corrupted? Cause etc? M -- Martin Webster <mwebster@ntlworld.com> Registered Linux User #230322 http://homepage.ntlworld.com/spider-monkey/
