Logitech Internet Navigator Keyboard and Function Keys
I've replaced my older now non-functioning Logitech keyboard with a new Internet Navigator type, and now I don't seem to have any Function keys being recognized. Here's the section from my /etc/X11/XF86Config file I'm currently running 8.2 Pro: Section "InputDevice" Driver "Keyboard" Identifier "Keyboard[0]" Option "MapName" "Standard Keyboard [ pc105 ]" Option "Protocol" "Standard" Option "XkbLayout" "us" Option "XkbModel" "pc105" Option "XkbRules" "xfree86" EndSection Does anyone know if 9.1 will setup the Logitech keyboards as themselves? Mike

You should change your keyboard model, ie: Option "XkbModel" "logiinetnav" Charles -- "I once witnessed a long-winded, month-long flamewar over the use of mice vs. trackballs...It was very silly." (By Matt Welsh)

I'll keep this in mind when I upgrade to 9.1, will 8.2 recognize that model designation? Mike

Yes, unless you are using an ancient X server. Charles -- Your job is being a professor and researcher: That's one hell of a good excuse for some of the brain-damages of minix. (Linus Torvalds to Andrew Tanenbaum)
