The hint about bug # https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=774627#c11 solved it, installing / updating from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Zaitor:/branches:/openSUSE:/... these Packages: libpoppler27-0.20.3-2.5.1.i586.rpm libpoppler-glib8-0.20.3-2.5.1.i586.rpm libpoppler-qt4-4-0.20.3-2.5.1.i586.rpm poppler-tools-0.20.3-2.5.1.i586.rpm Printing from every KDE Application now works.
