Any way to get the non-US English version?

It really makes not such difference. All they kept out is the encryption related packages. How many are there? 5? 10? 20? All you have to do is log into a mirror of the 386.de directory and go to sec1 and download the missing packages. Compare the packages of these two mirrors.
