[opensuse] Problem booting KDE Live CD
Hi all: I am trying to boot theOpensuse 10.3 KDE Live CD on my Dell Inspiron E1705 laptop, but I am running into a problem. CDrom not found is the error message after booting. It then reboots. I have tried the APM, ACpi boot options with no luck. Can anyone help get me around this problem so that I can try the distro out? -- Yours, Ralph. How about trying the "CD not found" fix on this page: http://www.softwareinreview.com/cms/content/view/60/ Also, 10.3 questions should still be going to the "factory" list, I think. -- Jonathan Arnold (mailto:jdarnold@buddydog.org) Linux Brain Dump - Linux Notes, HOWTOs and Tutorials: http://www.linuxbraindump.org Daemon Dancing in the Dark, an Open OS weblog: http://freebsd.amazingdev.com/blog/ -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
