hi, my scanner was gone today. I mean it's literally here besides me, but my Tumbleweed had forgotten about it. Maybe because I don't use it that frequently. I had to add the line "genesys" (no quotes!) in /etc/sane.d/dll, which was empty, then Yast could configure it. Without that, Yast would complain: failed to configure genesys. This seems like an old mistake popping up again.
