According to the outputs that you gave, you boot 11.1 kernel, while in /boot directory you have 11.2 kernel. The initrd was updated so it is not culprit for stray kernel. Other reasons can be: 1) You updated system and kernel, but forgot to reboot. 2) some other boot medium that loads 11.1 kernel.
