How do you like Simlicity , how does it work with swing and JDBC ?? Any problems with it on suse , Do you need the devopmental kernal , or will java run with the stock suse 6.0 kernal We have had no problems with Simplicity itself. They have some non portable components. We have problems extending their generated classes to include our classes. We are at the moment unable to use jdbc to access ADABAS D. We have problems getting focus for text This may however be a problem with the Blackdown port of the JDK . You do not need a development kernel. Regards, Nigel Vickers
