Problem:  There is no "Options in the notification bar" thing. There is no notification bar at all, even.

If I go to the menu Edit/Preferences, there is no "search" to search an option by name. If I go to "display", there is nothing on display the html or remote content. I know I did it sometime in the distant past, I have remote content disabled by default and I must allow it manually for each post. But I don't know where it is.
