[opensuse] Template Changer Extension / Change template of an existing document

<http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center/template-changer> I previously have used this Template Changer extension. Only it now [not being an oxt] will not install into my current version of LibreOffice. Anybody have a working version of this extension or know a workaround to achieve the same behavior? Have you read the comments on the linke page: Quote.... Note that the downloaded archive needs to have an uppercase OXT extension (TemplateChanger.OXT) End Quote...
