I've a server accumulating a lot of netflow data. The whole filesystem is btrfs. It's not yet full, but it's getting full enough that I've been removing some old netflow data directories. But even though the directories themselves are quite large, deleting them has no impact of reported disk usage, either at the OS level, or the level of the various btrfs filesystem commands. I've run the suse cron.weekly and cron.monthly btrfs jobs (scrub and balance). They do not help, with the same reported usage before and after jobs run. I've removed old snapshots. This also has no impact on reported usage. What sorts of trouble shooting steps would be next?
