I caught the recent thread re kernel v4 (from Kernel Stable) use and some of the experiences being reported. Here, for desktop I'm seeing stable use with -default & -desktop. But the situation is getting slowly worse as version increases in the Xen Dom0 & DomU cases. At the moment Boots -default Boots -xen Dom0 Restarts -xen Dom0 Boots -xen DomU Pkg available? ( or -desktop) 3.16 Y Y Y Y Y (OS update) 3.18 Y Y Y Y N (ex - KernelStable) 3.19 Y Y N N N (ex - KernelStable) 4.0 Y N ? N Y (KernelStable) Anyone else seeing different behavior in these Xen server instances? Would be useful to hear either way.
