and what exactly are those that want to try suse out but dont want to invest in because they dont know if they are going to like it or not suppost to do? And what about those that are shit ass broke suppost to do?
Go here: http://www.linuxiso.org/suse.html You can get a FREE live evaluation ISO to test out before you buy SuSE. It doesn't expire and its a full working version except it only runs off the CD. Now we shouldn't hear any more whining about no ISO's. I have no problem shelling out $70 for such a great OS. I tried the FREE ISO for about a day before I decided I was switching from mandrake to suse. If your really broke and can't afford it, there are places where you can get the full 7 CD sets if you just do some looking. Besides that there are many distros that are free and can be downloaded for free at the respective sites. I could be wrong (please correct me if I am) but I think you can do an FTP install for nothing as well. In addition, you could download the .rpm's and install. Why do people think a company can stay in business without making money? Don't wanna pay for linux? Build your own! Sorry for my outburst but I could'nt take it anymore.

I've done this quite a bit, and I buy the distro as well. I find that the FTP install is very convenient. Create a floppy disk or two and you're off to the races. It also uses up *much* less bandwidth and is way quicker as you don't have to wait for ISOs to download, burn, etc. The whole ISO thing annoys me too. - -- James Oakley Engineering - SolutionInc Ltd. joakley@solutioninc.com http://www.solutioninc.com -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE8cQ2D+FOexA3koIgRAp3AAKCkV0NakyWDjGE9raSPxGDHroRKUgCggCxa Ii3v5IjzKJ4cjcEklTbgwqQ= =PLlU -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
