Ok, now that I have X running, the 7.0 saga continues: I have downloaded the updated Netscape from SuSE's ftp site (4.76) and also downloaded the Flash 4 plugin an dinstalled it. The problem is that when I bring up the about:plugins screen it is empty. The same problem with the about Font Displayers: the seem to be none which doesn't make sense. Has anyone else seen this problem? Thanks, Avi -- Avi Schwartz Get a Life, avi@CFFtechnologies.com Get Linux!

I've had the same problem. All plugins were screwed up. Just uninstalled and then installed again Netscape using rpm and the problem was gone. -Kastus

Another one down. To solve the Netscape plug problem I had to: 1. Move all plugins from /opt/netscape/plugins to a temporary directory. 2. Delete the plugin-list and plugin-list.BAK from the ~/.netscape directory 3. I started moving one plugin at a time back to /opt/netscape/plugins directory and restarted Netscape until the problems started again. It is the realplayer 5 that caused the problems. I am now in the process of downloading the latest from RA. As for the font displayers: if you select HELP/ABOUT FONT DISPLAYERS is any displayer shown in the window?
