Dear All, I am working on editing videos that I make- just beginning to learn how to do it anyway. I am using the Main Actor that came with Suse 8.2 and now I recently discovered a relatively new program called LiVES which seems very interesting and promising. Has anyone worked with this one? It appears to be a nice and adequate program. It is located at http://www.xs4all.nl/~salsaman/lives/ if anyone is interested in checking it out. I do have a question. I successfully put together a mpeg still photo album in Main Actor finally, using the editor feature. However, I goofed a bit and did not put enough frames in for one particular photo and now I want to add a few frames so that it will display as long as the other photos. I have not been able to figure out how to do this in Main Actor yet. LiVES could do it as well if I could figure it out. Yes, I have read the docs and researched, but no big help there concerning the subject at least not for me. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks. Sincerely, Marcia

I had a look after you posted about this, and couldn't use it. It claimed to be saving files, but there was no output. Which made it a bit useless for me :-( Still, with some progress, it sounds like it could be good.
