I'm wondering if there's a way to lock those packages. Ideally, I'd like the following to all be true: - When `rug sum` is run, ignore those packages. - When `rug lu` is run, ignore those packages. - When `run up` is run, ignore those packages.
Basically -- I don't want rug to ever touch those packages.
