Normally, you have to recompile the kernel for Promise Ultra66 support on a single CPU machine. I would think the same for Ultra100. I'm not sure about SMP machines. If SuSE 7.0 is the same as previous versions, the support will be there but you have to recompile the kernel. SuSE will support the Promise Ultra/66 out of the box.
