[opensuse] Re: Hang while accessing some /proc info

Just tried to access some ACPI info from my PC running 10.3 and the shell just hangs there, is this usual (i assume it's not normal)
-------------------------------- mainwks:~> cat /proc/acpi/fan/FAN/state
-------------------------------- ------------------------ mainwks:~ # cat /proc/acpi/thermal_zone/THRM/temperature
-----------------------
It never returns...
Other entries for fine:
---------------------- mainwks:~ # cat /proc/acpi/processor/C000/info processor id: 0 acpi id: 0 bus mastering control: yes power management: no throttling control: no limit interface: no ---------------------- ---------------------- mainwks:~ # cat /proc/acpi/processor/C000/limit <not supported> ----------------------
