Hello, I am very new to Linux. We are running SuSe 7.0. I need to modify the SHMAX and SEMOP parameters for an oracle install. Unfortunately, I am stumped as to how to re-compile the kernel with seemingly no source code on the system. The only thing under /usr/src/linux is include files. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Install the kernel sources, lx_suse. IIRC, in the development series. Jeffrey Quoting Urey, Dawn <UreyD@pginw.com>:
