I feel bad for those of you who haven't been able to compile WindowMaker-0.19.1 on 5.3. Until you get an answer and are able to compile it yourselves, I packaged a binary tgz for you to download if you want. It was built on S.u.S.E. 5.2 so should be fine on 5.3 and is just under 2 megs gzipped.
