crossover plugins and what happens to them after new install of netscape/mozilla
Dear all, My netscape stopped working giving a bizarre "bus error" so I reinstalled netscape 7.1 and mozilla. they both work fine except that neither of them remembers the crossover plug-ins. i have copied the plug-ins in the folders where they are meant to be but clearly neither mozilla nor netscape searches for them and as a result the plug-in list is totally empty. Of course one solution is to add them one by one, but i don't know what to put it eg application type, extension etc etc. any ideas on what to do?? thanks, james __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Not sure what version of SuSE or crossover plugins you are running, but Netscape 7.1 and Mozilla 1.4 were both gcc 3.2 compiled, AFAIK. I believe it takes a very current version of crossover plugins to work because of this. At least this is what I have read, I don't use crossover plugins. -- Joe & Sesil Morris New Tribes Mission Email Address: Joe_Morris@ntm.org Web Address: http://www.mydestiny.net/~joe_morris Registered Linux user 231871 God said, I AM that I AM.
