[opensuse] Amarok mutes music
I frequently listen to music with Amarok. However, it has a very annoying "feature". When some other app generates a sound, Amarok mutes the music for a few seconds, compared to other apps which do not. Is there anyway to turn off this extremely annoying behaviour, so that other sounds don't mute the music? This muting disturbs the music much more than the other sound would otherwise. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

pulseaudio config, grep for "role-cork", and comment out the load-module directive. e.g. /etc/pulse/default.pa :: ### Cork music/video streams when a phone stream is active #load-module module-role-cork kill/restart all running pulseaudio Have a nice sunday - Yamaban. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
