I'm running Suse 6.3 on a Dell OptiPlex GXe (PII-300). I'm trying to get my HP ScanJet IIcx to work. I have an AdvantSys SCSI card in the machine and the proper SCSI support for it in SuSE. The problem I have is that, in the middle of the scanning process, the system freezes solid. Nothing short of hitting the reset button brings it back. This is really my last hurdle to making Linux my desktop OS. I appreciate any ideas!
