Tried the Buffalo WLI-CB-G54A pcmcia card in my notebook under SuSE 9.2 It prompted a Melco BCM4306 802.11.b/g Wireless LAN Controller Unique ID: svHJ.7CXU6743+C8 However no contact with the wireless hub. Do I correctly presume that the Melco controller is not sufficient and that the ndiswrapper is necessary or are there settings for the Melco controller that would cause the Buffalo card to work? -- Thanks! & 73, doc kd4e West Central Florida 100% Linux. That's a Broadcom chip, they all require using ndiswrapper AFAIK. Scott -- POPFile, the OpenSource EMail Classifier http://popfile.sourceforge.net/ Linux 2.6.5-7.111-default x86_64
