I have a PC with a AMD Athlon processor on a MSI motherboard K7T-266-PRO from 2001 In openSUSE 10.2 sysinfo gave as speed 1.199,81 MHz After upgrade to 10.3 it gives only 900,12 MHz My questions; What happened and what can I do to restore the old speed? Interesting. I have a 1.73GHz Pentium. Sometimes (not always) it shows that speed. Sometimes less. It is a laptop, so I am guessing that the CPU is slowed down when not much is happening. Does the reported speed on yours stay at the same slower speed all the time? -- Roger Oberholtzer OPQ Systems / Ramböll RST Ramböll Sverige AB Kapellgränd 7 P.O.
