Default OpenSSH login is insanely slow - can that be fixed?

On my SuSE 7 server I've got openssh installed. It's almost a minute from the time you type in your password till it gives you a shell prompt. That's fairly unacceptable. What can be done to speed that up? ---------------------------------------- Jonathan Wilson System Administrator Cedar Creek Software http://www.cedarcreeksoftware.com Central Texas IT http://www.centraltexasit.com

Can you do a reverse lookup on the IP? On Mon, 8 Jan 2001, Jonathan Wilson wrote:
