Handbrake on new Leap 15.4 install
I have Leap 15.4 newly installed. HandBrakeGUI from packman repository doesn't seem to recognize any of the details of an MPEG file from Zoom. I can't clip the video using the seconds limits. VLC is installed from Packman and can play the video. That required install VLC and vlc-codecs from Packman. Am I missing codecs or something else from Packman? TIA, Jeffrey

yast2 sw_single as root. Select repository tab. Then select the packman repository. Then click "switch system packages to this repo". That will tell you what other packages you can change to packman. Then proceed. Maybe that does the trick. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from openSUSE 15.4 (Legolas))

That does the trick. I have not idea why using zypper didn't work. Thank you, Jeffrey

On this wiki page: https://en.opensuse.org/Additional_package_repositories "After adding packman repository be sure to switch system package to those in packman as a mix of both can cause a variety of issues." Did you do that after adding the Packman repository? It's nice to know that can be done from the GUI app also, instead of zypper. -- Robert Webb
