[SLE] Anyone know a 'NIS/YP' for dummies type thing?
Hi, Got problem:- 5 boxes, 10 users. No-one knows who has got/what works etc and all have different passwords on different boxes (yuck) Solution:- NIS/YP ? Any ideas (apart from the NET-HOWTO which is crap), where I can find a nice tutorial for NIS services on Linux (preferably SuSE orientated, but anything will do). This is only one part of the solution. You should also centralize the home directories on one server and use NFS to export them to the other boxes.

No, it has been moved to package series "a" instead.
